     Reyna Shipping Services Inc. was incorporated in August 10, 1989 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Registry No. DS-03017). It is licensed by the Department of Labor and   Employment through the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration License No.POEA-268-SB-060313-R-MLC.  Through the years Reyna Shipping has been providing manning/crewing and husbanding services to reefer vessels plying the Davao-Japan banana trade route.  
     We believe in the importance of a harmonious relationship, of being approachable and supportive throughout and beyond the Manning Agreement. Before initiating business relations, we require our clients to provide appropriate requirements to enable us to evaluate the nature, scope and complexity of the business activities, service offered, system and requirement that allow us to provide our partners with more efficient, economical and better Crew Management.

     Our Company is committed to sail abreast with the company’s policy and appropriate procedures which is inherent to the International Safety Management’s (ISM) of Principals, shipping companies or shipping owners in performing delegated task and to ensure that all Seafarers deployed to work on board vessels are highly qualifed, competent and experienced and complies to the existing Regulations of the National and International regulator bodies, International Maritime Organization (IMO) Maritime Training Council (MTC), Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) and in compliance to the Standard of Training Certifcation and Watch keeping for Seafarers.

     Reyna Shipping Services, Inc. integrates the basic philosophy “Putting focus on the Customer Requirement” into an overall management system. Quality is closely monitored and maintained to achieve the highest standards of services and utmost satisfaction.

     Cognizant of these new challenges. Our company has committed itself in upgrading and enhancing the quality of its services in consonance with the new standards. To actualize this commitment, the company has put in place the various systems, which among others would ensure the achievement of the needed objectives of maintaining the highest standard in its service, enhancing its program and assuming a more proactive and responsible role.
