Husbanding

    We will take care of your vessel’s documents in any port in the Philippines thus improving your efficiency and avoiding demurrage fees. We will also service the immediate needs of your crews.
1.    Before the Vessel Arrives in the Port:The charterer will advise Reyna Shipping that we are the husbanding agent of their vessel, and  giving to us the vessels’ particulars. The Master then gives the crew list and provides us the documents needed for boarding formalities.Reyna Shipping staff will advise the following government agencies: Philippine Port Authority; Medical Quarantine; Customs Boarding Officer; Customs National Police; Philippine Coast Guard; Immigration Office; The Pilot’s Association; Customs Clearing Officer; Plant Quarantine Office and Bureau of Animal Industry Office.

2.    Upon the Arrival of the Vessel:The master of the vessel will provide Reyna Shipping the following documents: Crew Lists; Ship Particulars; Crew Declaration Effects; Port of Call List; Bonded Store Declaration; Negative List and Ships Declaration.The master of the vessel will provide the following documents to Reyna Shipping upon boarding: oath in entering the vessel from foreign port; Inward Manifest and record of vessel boarded. During the loading of cargoes Reyna Shipping staff will visit the master daily, make a daily production report and faxed it to the charterer and will monitor the loading activities.

Reyna Shipping will take care of your harbor and berthing dues to the Philippine Ports Authority. Our staff will take care of the clearance of the vessel to the foreign port, clearing customs officer, plant quarantine and animal quarantine.

3.    After the Departure of the Vessel:Our staff will send the following documents to the charterer: Statement of Facts; Cargo Manifest, Stowage Plan, Bill of Lading and Notice of Readiness.
